The project was born under the Pandemic Covid-19, to support jobless families by producing bags and house items using African Fabric.

OBJECTIVE

To empower the wholeness of African Families through the textile production of household, fashion and other accessories, always using African fabrics and African artisanal techniques as a base of our designs.

IMPACT RESULT

  • We started under the pandemic on April 2020 with one industrial sew machine given under credit of 20,000 by Fr. Joseph Guadalupe, MG to producing masks.
  • By the 27th July 2020 we employee Mr. Steve Maswili, to produce bags using African fabric.
  • By the end of 2022 we were able to have a stock of 5,000 Dlls in house accessories and bags.
  • Our first official clients were Porini Camps and Gamewatchers in Kenya and Nelly Naef from Swaziland.
  • On 1st March, we open our first Shop in Rosselyn Riviera Mall, located in Runda, one of the prime communities in Nairobi, Kenya.
  • On 15 March we open the Online Shop.
